Health

HEALTH INSURANCE:
Insurance takes effect the first of the month following your enrollment *probationary periods may apply. (For example, if you enroll on March 15, insurance will take effect April 1.)  Please note that insurance cards take approximately two weeks for delivery after your application has been submitted to the insurance company.

Dental

DENTAL INSURANCE:
All districts offer dental insurance. Please see the "health insurance" tab or your personnel policies or collective bargaining agreements for contribution rates. The dental cards issued will have the subscribers (i.e. employees) name on each card.

Life Insurance

LIFE INSURANCE:
If it is offered to your group, (please see your personnel policies or collective bargarning agreement) your Life Insurance benefit is at no cost to you.
