H1N1 UPDATE FOCUS: PREVENTION
To protect our
school community, we will continue to implement strict sick policies
and insist that staff and
students with influenza-like illness remain at home for the duration
of their illness, until 24 hours after their fever is gone without
the use of fever-reducing medications during that time.
We will continue
to work closely with the NH Dept of Health and Human Services and
the Department of Education to ensure that we are doing all that we
can to keep our children and staff healthy this flu season.
We are following
cleaning guidance including ensuring that areas that are frequently
touched are cleaned during the day.
-TRAVEL ONLY WHEN
YOU ARE WELL
-WASH HANDS OFTEN
-COVER YOUR COUGH
AND SNEEZE WITH TISSUES OR SLEEVE
-GET VACCINATED
